COVID & FLUE Should you have any symptoms please text and we will reschedule your appointment at NO CHARGE. Our therapists will continue wearing masks during treatment sessions. Terms and Conditions: Cancellations When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you text us at least 15min before your appointment. A no-show is when a Client misses an appointment without cancelling. In this case, we will charge the patient at Full Cost for missing appointment. How to cancel your appoint 1. Text us on 0405938960 at least 15min before your appointment Cancellation/Change Fees No cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled prior to the scheduled time. Costs NO SHOW -100% fee charged Prices All current pricing is found on our website and are subject to change. Medical Issues It is the due diligence of a client to advise Beauty on Arabella if you are pregnant, have skin conditions or allergies, or if they are receiving medical care from a doctor or health practitioner. Please ensure you have reviewed the contraindications of your treatment selected and notify us in advance of any concerns and changes in your medical conditions. Whilst we take all due care in performing the services, we at Beauty on Arabella are not liable for any side effects which occur as a result of the customer’s own negligence. Limitation of Liability Our maximum liability is a refund or re-doing the services, or as required under Australian Consumer Law. Beauty on Arabella will not be liable if customer changes his or her mind. Refund Policy We do not provide refunds on retail products or gift vouchers. Products can be exchanged when a reaction has occurred for a replacement product or salon credit when accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
